Italy’s tallest residential high-rise building, in the suburbs of Rome

The Torre Eurosky is a Rome skyscraper, the city’s tallest residential building and one of Italy’s highest residential towers.  Designed by architect Franco Purini, it is located in the Torrino area, a residential district bordering on the EUR zone and was inspired by the city’s mediaeval towers, one of which is the Torre delle Milizie.

The building has won the prestigious ‘Real Estate Award – Smart Green Building’ for sustainability and is an example of virtuous architecture: photovoltaic panels, rainwater collection and pneumatic waste collection on each floor.

Brera Contract and Gruppo Gabetti have entered into a partnership to market the dwellings.

Ad hoc styling packages have been designed for the areas and moods of the apartments, including furniture, wallpaper, fabric accessories and ornaments dedicated to each room, as well as a green touch.

Gruppo Euromobil has contributed to the project with Euromobil kitchens; sofas - KubicLudwigEastonHanedaLovely dayMonopoli – and armchairs - KosterLacoonOne Flo - by Désirée; and SpaceMakers by Zalf have been used to furnish the living rooms and bedrooms, generating solutions that include all the functions of a home, providing flexibility without the need for vertical configurations.
