A total renovation project by CLM Arredamento has made a Milan detached house into a comfortable home for a large family. The building comprises approximately 320 m2 on two floors, as well as an attic and relative outdoor zone.
All the areas in the house are designed with dimensions much bigger than basic square footage. Finishes, textures and elegant patterns have been chosen for products by Désirée to create a cosy atmosphere for the entire family in each room.
The first floor of the house hosts a huge living area that can comfortably host up to 12/14 persons. The Monopoli sofa by Marc Sadler is ideal to accommodate such a large number of people. Upholstered in fabric and leather, the sofa transforms itself by moving the backrests to make it perfect for all situations.
Complementing the sofa is a cleverly asymmetrical Cloè easy chair, also upholstered in fabric and leather.
The décor is completed by Dabliu coffee tables featuring an elegant slim trellis structure with a gold finish and thermotreated chestnut wood veneered MDF top, and two practical Linear poufs with flat surfaces that can serve as original table tops.
On the ground floor, near the kitchen, two One Flo floral inspired armchairs with special stitching that recalls soft, enveloping petals, are placed in a transit area to provide comfortable relaxation.
