He was born in September 23, 1928 in Mendoza, Argentina Republic. At 15, he entered the School of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires after graduating high school. Since the early years of study he is interested in the avant-garde movements in Argentina (Mouvement art-concret-invention, spatialist movement animated by Fontana). In 1958, through a competition he gets a scholarship from the French Government and moved to Paris, where he resides since then and started relationships with several Argentine artists. Le Parc works with them in close collaboration since 1959, analyzing the work of contemporary artists and avant-garde, looking for their contradictions and limitations to overcome. It is at this point that at the start of 1959, we will specify the differences in relation to the work of Vasarely, when Le Parc and Sobrino work in a systematic way on the basis of sequences and progressions. They allow so to constructively criticize the attitude of artists who use the free choice of the forms and their free accommodation on the surface and in the space. These criticisms are directed to all the artists of the constructive tendency or kinetics of this era. The group work is expanded later thanks to the encounter with the French researchers who develop major parallels, and so in 1960 was founded the "Groupe de Recherches d'art visuel", of which Le Parc has been a member active until 1968 , the date of dissolution of the association. His ties with the group led him to promote the participation of the viewer in the artistic fact. For this reason, many of his creations are designed to be located in places specially deputies and engaging with the man in the street, such as mazes, games rooms, roads, etc.. He took an active part in all the events of the group (taking stands, texts, declarations, exhibitions, etc..) as well as the formation of "Nouvelle tendence" as a movement of an international nature. Since 1969 Le Parc has taken alongside to other experiences, his work on the surface (1959), in particular the issues that include the range of 14 colors and their combinations, from simple organizational systems and rigorous. These works have been developed in the thematic aspects such as waves, volumes, virtual, sets of sequences of themes, such as "la lunga marcia". As of the end of 1974, the artist has developed a pictorial work on surfaces that include different investigative themes better known under the general heading of "Modulazioni". Since 1988 Le Parc develops his researches in a topic called "Alchimia"
